Our satisfaction guarantee ensures that if you are not satisfied with the measurable progress of our services within the first 90 days, you may cancel the contract without incurring any penalties. To qualify, you must notify us in writing within 10 days following the 90-day period. Refunds or cancellations under this guarantee apply only to the remaining duration of the contract and exclude any services already rendered.
